Anchor Node, Inc. ("Anchor Node," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use SPICA, our AI-powered avatar generation and social networking platform.
This Policy applies to our Services and does not apply to workforce-related information from employees or contractors.

1. Information We Collect

2. AI Avatar Generation Data (Important)
Your Face Data: What Makes SPICA DifferentMany AI avatar services use your photos to train their models. SPICA takes a different approach:

NO AI TRAINING: Your images NEVER used to improve our models•
NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING: Your face data stays private•
PROCESSING TRANSPARENCY: Clear purpose, clear deletionYou upload → We generate → Original is GONE. No hidden uses.
2.1 What We Process

Images you upload are processed solely to generate your personalized avatar
•
We do NOT use them for personal identification, biometric recognition, or identity verification
2.2 Immediate Deletion

Original uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after avatar generation
•
Only the generated avatar model is retained in your account
2.3 No AI Training
•
Your uploaded images are NOT used to train, improve, or develop our AI models
•
We do not sell or license your images to third parties
2.4 Biometric Considerations
Some jurisdictions may classify facial images as biometric data regardless of use. We handle such data with strict deletion and non-training policies as described above.
3. Real-Time Communications Policy
Privacy-First Approach3.1 No Company Recording
Anchor Node does NOT record, store, or monitor the content of your real-time audio or video communications. Live broadcasts and voice chats occur directly between users.
3.2 User-Driven Reporting

You are responsible for capturing evidence if you wish to report violations
•
Any evidence you submit is used solely for investigating the report
•
Evidence is retained only as long as necessary, then permanently deleted

7. Data Security
We use reasonable security measures including:

However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. Children's Privacy
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country (e.g., 14 in South Korea, 16 in certain EU countries), whichever is higher.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the applicable age. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
