1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Anchor Node maintains a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting minors and preventing misuse of our AI avatar generation technology.
Any violation results in immediate account termination and law enforcement reporting.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
Sexually suggestive content involving minors (real or AI-generated)
Using minor's faces to generate inappropriate avatars
Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
Uploading images of individuals under 13 years old
Age Requirements:
Minimum service age: 13 years
Users 13–17: Require parental consent where applicable by law

3. AI Safety Measures

We implement multiple protection layers specifically designed for avatar generation:

4. Reporting & Response

Report Violations:
In-App: Use "Report" button on any content Email: safety@anchornode.io Response Time: CSAE reports reviewed within 24 hours
Our Actions:
Immediate content removal and account suspension
Evidence preservation for law enforcement
Mandatory reporting to:
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Korean National Police Agency Cyber Bureau
International law enforcement agencies as required

5. Enforcement

Violations result in:
Immediate permanent account termination
Device and IP blocking to prevent re-registration
Content removal from all platforms
Law enforcement reporting as legally required
No appeals for CSAE-related violations

6. Data Handling

For CSAE-related cases:
Original images: Deleted immediately upon generation (standard policy)
Evidence: Preserved as legally required for investigations
Reports: Retained per law enforcement cooperation requirements
All handling complies with our Privacy Policy and applicable law
